Question:

What are the best fruits to eat for anti-inflammatory results?

— Marlene Couvson

Answer:

So those would be your berries, your grapes, your cherries, your apples, your stone fruit, your citrus and your pomegranates. Again, we talked about the phytonutrients and how they're anti-inflammatory. So if your fruit has color, there's gonna be some anti-inflammatory, um, actions in there. So that's what I would, would focus on. I also believe I put a link in there for anti-inflammatory fruit.
