Question:
I love fruit straight up but also for guests like experimenting with pairing fresh fruit with fresh herbs or other tastes - watermelon and peaches with mint and/or basil; raspberries with flavored vinegar, etc. Any unique suggestions to try?

Answer:
So I would take your watermelon and your peaches, I'd grill them and add a little bit of chili to it, right? And I'd put it on a plate and then I'd have an ooey gooey little piece of cheese with it. I'd drizzle some balsamic vinegar and then put some micro greens on it and that will just raise that dish to the next level. So I'm looking at contrast here, right? So the, the bitter micro greens is going to contrast with the sweetness and then you've got that umami of the cheese and then you've got the mint or the basil adding it and then that little bit of sweetness with the vinegar, which is gonna make the whole thing pop. That would be my suggestion.
