As a fruit lover, I use a lot of berries. Do you have any tips on getting the seeds out of blackberry and raspberry dishes, like a marmelade?

Answer:

No, I don't because that's where the fiber is. So I keep it in. Um, so I mean you could strain it, but you're not gonna like, you're gonna have a mush. So if you wanna make a marmalade, I say keep the, keep the the seeds in. That's where a lot of the health lies.
