When would you use the flaky nutritional yeast vs the powdered nutritional yeast?

Answer:
You know, this, uh, uh, could just simply be a textural question. There's certainly interchangeable in most instances. And, um, you know, if, uh, you're making a, a, a a, uh, a dough, for example, and you want to have the, uh, nutritional yeast more smoothly incorporated into the dough, then you might choose a, a more finely ground product, okay? Uh, but in terms of, uh, the, the choice, it's really gonna be, uh, at the end of the day, your personal preference. Because the application of these two products is, uh, they overlap a lot. Okay? You can, you can really use them in, in either, uh, either product in a given, uh, application. So try them out and see what you like best, okay? That's gonna, uh, create a more informed cook in you.
