If we don’t eat any processed ingredients - such as flour or sugar - and come across a task in the FOK course involving them, do we skip it and move forward?

Answer:

So, uh, you know, if you come across a practice assignment, you know, with practice recipes, you can handle that in any way that you would like. You're, you're welcome to skip it. Uh, you're welcome to make it for the practice and give it away to other family members or friends. Um, when it comes to instructor graded assignments, uh, if you are in it for the score, you know, that interests a lot of us. Um, and, and, and, uh, and I guess, and, and the in, of course, the accompanying instructor feedback for that, that particular assignment, then we need to find a way, um, uh, for you to work through that, um, if at all possible. Now, there are certainly some instances when a student, uh, opts not to make, uh, a dish for an assignment, in which case they will earn a zero for the assignment, and that's another option as well. And so long as the student is comfortable, um, you know, with that, then, uh, you know, we have a way forward. But the best scenario here is once you bump up against a specific question, a specific task, and a specific assignment, reach out to us at support@Rouxbe.com so we can have an a, a personalized, you know, individual conversation.
