Question:

What is the best way to ensure I don’t ruin sticky ingredient recipes such as black bean burger and gluten free pizza crust cooked in a pan on the stone without using oil?

Answer:

Well, I would use a put a piece of parchment paper on the bottom of your pan if you're, and air frying them as well. Uh, I find air frying because of the way that the air, it's a, a conduction stove in reality, only smaller. But the way the air circulates, uh, really helps to brown and make, uh, and a crispiness that you don't sometimes find when you are, um, cooking whole food plant-based. The other thing is, if you're using a conventional oven, you want to put everything on the middle rack. And I also suggest that you get an oven thermometer to make sure that the readout on your stove top is the same as the internal temperature of your, uh, stove of your oven, rather.
