Question:
I am a registered Dietitian and would like to provide an online class. What tips can you give me?
— Krish Tiwari
Answer:
Absolutely. Um, and just really speak in layman's terms. I've actually been doing a study, uh, I got into this course at MIT and when, and I am talking to a lot of people in the food is medicine space, um, that do cooking classes. And what they all say is that it needs to be relational and you need to build trust. Those two things happen when you're authentic. Um, it happens when you bring the technical aspects of things down and, and translate it into what shows up in your dish, right? So it's, it's loving what you do, building that trust and, um, being really relational. So get to know your audience. If your audience, uh, might be made up of, uh, certain culture and they eat a lot of foods that you might not necessarily be so familiar with, get to know those foods so that you honor everybody's palate and their wallet and their taste buds.
