For FOK (WFPB) cooking, what blender would you recommend especially for difficult to cream nuts, etc.?

So a lot of people might not like this answer, but, um, the, the Vitamix is probably the standard for that. Um, and the reason I'm saying a lot of people might not like the answer for that is because it's an expensive blender. Um, when I first started my whole food plant-based catering, um, I was actually working for John Mackey who started Whole Foods Market. They used to make nut creams and stuff like that all the time. And I would go through blenders like crazy. In fact, when I was catering at his house one time, he saw me having struggles with this going through, um, going through blenders like crazy. And what it was happening, it was burn out the motor on it. So he bought me a Vitamix, uh, as a payment slash tip for the event that I was working for him. Um, and I've never gone back because they just work perfectly for that. Now there are other ones that kind of work, you know, like the, I think there's like a ninja one and there's, um, there's one that's more available in Europe that like also heats stuff up at the same time. I can't think of the name at the moment. But, uh, yeah, by and large, Vitamix is kind of the go-to standard if you are going to do like the, you know, the beals or the, the cream, the nuts and stuff like that as well too. So, um, otherwise you can go with an a cheaper blender. You just need to go in segments, right? So what would happen to me is I'd use one, I'd go and then it would stop 'cause the oh motor would get overheated. I would have to wait for the motor to cool down for 30 minutes and then use it again. So it was a much longer process and sometimes it would smell like burnt motor, which is not good. Um, so yeah, uh, Vitamix is kind of the go-to standard.
