I like to use wood. Of course, it's it's, you know, not in a restaurant situation, but at my home if I'm because I only I'm only cooking plant-based. There's no cross contamination going on there. So I like to use wooden cutting boards a bamboo cutting board is my favorite one or a big big slab of wood for a great cutting board. Also plastic works. Well, if they're if you are using animal products you want to think about plastic is probably one of the best to use because it can be sanitized much easier.
