Do you have any suggestions about the best way to grind whole nutmeg?

Answer:
Well, Deborah, I'm kind of old school. I've had this probably for 15 years. I put a link to a similar one, uh, in the q and a. And I just, this stores a whole nutmeg. And when I wanna grind nutmeg, I'm not really grinding it as much as I'm grading it over something and I find it works fine. So I can't really speak to the grinder that you bought or grinders because I'm not using them. Um, if yours doesn't work very well, I suggest you get something like this. It's super. And there's nothing like the fragrance of freshly grated nutmeg. It's amazing. So here are my nutmegs that I keep in a jar and grate them. I just love it. I love the, um, there's the, it's so particular nutmeg, it's just wonderful.
