So minor Cuts in terms of accidents with using your knife. Here's a great great tip that you're gonna love is whenever I cut my night. No, this is only for the brave. All right. So whenever I would cut my cut my finger, it's a good great kitchen trick. Is you either sear it To stop the bleeding or you cannot put a little Cayenne on it which absolutely sink but it will stuff the bleeding. So another route is just to run it under cold water. Keep it high above your heart and wrap it tight. That'll also cut stop the bleeding. But but you know in in commercial kitchens I have done I've done a flat grill which works well and also Cayenne stings a little bit, but it does stuff the bleeding.
