Question:
I have gastritis and have to stay away from a lot of spices,&citric acid. I'm also allergic to onions. So a lot of flavorings used in many recipes can't be used when I'm cooking. Any suggestions?

Answer:
So it looks like acid's out and a lot of spices are out. So you're gonna use some more cooking techniques to bring out flavor. So, um, like what I did here with the squash, I added flavor. Well, by roasting not, you wouldn't add the cumin. Uh, um, I'm just as a, uh, I'm just really curious, um, what the gastritis is all about and whether or not, um, you, anyway, so, um, I'm sorry about that. That sounds horrible. Looks like maybe you can have garlic garlic's your friend.
