I don't know how big, uh, the well is in your Instapot, but generally speaking, rule of thumb is one and a half to two and a half cups of either water or your favorite stock. Um, and that should do the trick if you have, uh, sometimes you'll put a steamer in the bottom, a steam basket in the bottom, so that might help. But, um, again, I'm rather old school. I think I remember that when I was gathering supplies that I needed for my Rouxbe class, that I got a bamboo steamer, which to this day I use and absolutely love because it's just so easy. And, um, if the power goes out, I don't have to worry about anything.
