If you core an apple, how do you maintain the round shape?

Answer:

Well, I cored the apple very carefully. First I used a core, you know, that little device and then I ran a small pairing knife around it because I wanted a, I wanted a big empty space to stuff with the dried fruits and other goodies. And so, I mean, you know, it held its shape. Kathleen, what happens? Does yours fall apart if yours falls? And then I took, where's my apple? Okay, I took a little bit of skin of the apple peel off before I baked it and that's what I did. Sometimes this really looks good. The roasted grapes just added something really nice to it. Um, so if your apple is falling apart, falling, maybe you're baking it too high or too long.
