Can you share any tips on coring apples?

Answer:

Well, you know, when I core them, as I said, I get a nice center because I want a place to be able to stuff these, but I make sure not to go all the way to the bottom. I wanna keep the apple intact, Kathleen. So why don't you try that and also watch them as they're baking because it gets to a point where they will fall apart if they're over baked. I mean, then it just becomes like applesauce. It's okay, but if you want it to look pretty like this then you know, and then you can rewarm them. If you wanna serve it warm, then that's what I would suggest.
