Question:
I enjoyed the FOK class. I have a question as to who the chief competition is so that I might get an additional perspective?
— Maurice Peugh
Answer:
There are, I, I don't like the word, uh, competitors, but I will tell you whom I admire the most. And that is the course from, uh, PCRM physicians com Committee for Responsible Medicine, the Food for Life Program. And I believe they have a program that starts in April and goes until June. I don't know the exact dates. You have gained a really good solid culinary foundation here at Rouxbe in terms of understanding temperature, understanding the importance of knife cuts, how to cook without oil, salt, or sugar, et cetera, et cetera. I'm sure we all have our favorite assignment from Forks Over Knives. So the other, going to someplace like Fit for Life, food for Life is a great idea and we have many, many graduates who finished here and then went to PCRM. So that might be something for you to look into and to continue. The other thing is we also have a good amount of Forks Over Knife students who decide that they want to participate in the Plant Pro Program. And so that might be another avenue for, for you to look into. And I will say this, Rouxbe has been around for almost 20 years. So I think that looking at the history and the success of so many of our students, I I think that that, that that's another avenue that you could also take. So Maurice, I remember you and I always love reviewing your work, so that's very, very good.
