Question:
I use vanilla powder and recently mesquite ( Burlap and Barrel- amazing!) in my morning oatmeal. Do you recommend adding it during cooking or after for optimal flavor?

Answer:
Well, I put it, I add it after it's finished being cooked. 'cause I, sometimes I don't, I'm not a, I'm not a food scientist. I don't know what he does to it. So I edit in and it still gives it a really nice, delicious flavor. In fact, um, we'll talk about this in a little bit, but this is, um, my dad was Jim Nolan. Everybody loved his sweet potato and apple casserole that must have had 45 pounds of butter in it and other things and marshmallows. So this is a totally plant-based version that has, um, apples and sweet potatoes and these vegan mushrooms, uh, I'm sorry, vegan marshmallows that we'll talk about in a second. But this, when it came out of the oven, I sprinkled it with the buffalo ginger from Burlap and Barrel, and it was really, really delicious. So yeah, I think that's a great question. That's a very good question. Their spices are really delicious. I have, I just ordered myself, um, a six pack, uh, six day, six pack holiday pack. And, uh, I can't wait to use it.
