What is your technique for blooming spices?

Answer:
I'm trying to think, the cauliflower recipe where someone, uh, teaches you how to make the seed nut mixture and they have you using a dry pan at a low heat to bloom your spices, uh, it allows the natural oils that are in the spices to sort of come out and they will add a lot more flavor to the dish. So that's what I do, that's my recommendation.
