Question:
What do you recommend doing with the veggies after making stock?

Answer:
All of the flavor from those bountiful vegetables that you have used are now in the stock. So those vegetables have no flavor to them. So there are three things, one of three things you can do. One is I like to mash them up and put them in my dog's food just because gives a little bit more fullness to what he is eating. Uh, you can compost them or you can take them and chop them finally to add to a homemade veggie burger that you were making, that you're making just to give you a little bit more texture. But as far as flavor, you're not going to find too much there. So that is my recommendation to that. And you know what's funny about that question? I asked that same exact question when I was a Rouxbe student to one of the instructors. And when, when that person said, there's nothing you can do with them 'cause there is no flavor, and he was right when he gave me that information.
