Are there any ingredients that help with improving mood (increased dopamine)?

Answer:

And a lot of people have an addiction to food, hyper palatable food or sugary food because it gives them that dopamine fix. Uh, so the first thing that is required to be honest with you is to kind of, is to be able to come off of those foods to create a baseline and then create a healthy mood. Not one that's artificial based on, um, consuming foods that, um, are unhealthy for us that spike our dopamine levels.
