Do you have any recommendations for diet that improves focus and concentration when combined with intense training, like MMA and weight lifting?

Answer:

Yeah, there's um, there's in the Psych Food and Mood book that there's a link there to the Amazon chapter. There's a whole section on increasing your concentration, right? And I would introduce those foods and again, it's gonna be about protein and if you can get enough protein from partly, um, if not all, although it's really difficult, um, if you don't know what you're doing when you are a master athlete, um, to get enough protein from just plant sources, you can, research shows that you can, but it takes a lot of, um, concentration and learning.
