What do you think about substituting allulose for sugar?

Answer:

I was just talking about that. I don't use it. This is a brand of sweeteners, uh, a very good company, but I don't like it. And um, and I don't, I think this says mild clean, no bitterness, no aftertaste. I beg to differ. I think there's an aftertaste and you have to do very different things when you're baking with these sweeteners. So I don't, I'm sorry. You know, I'm thinking I don't wanna be the Grinch, I'm just telling you what I think.
