What vegan butter would you recommend for baking a pie crust with? (I still want to use butter though as vegan butter has lots of oil in it.)

Answer:

Any of these block butters would be great. So, you know, if you're not gonna be using vegan butter or you're not gonna be using it often, you don't wanna go at 'em, buy a whole bunch of them to try. So I would recommend either Biolife or country crock, both of which are easy, they're pretty readily available. This one is in sticks and I've got, you know, a a large vial life and a small one here. So those are the ones that I personally like.
