There are so many products with hidden ingredients. How to avoid “Natural flavors” and substitute?

Answer:

What you have to do is really, it's very hard when I see something that's as natural flavors, well, you know, there's, there's no way to know what that really is. So I would look for, really look at their labels and, and really be a detective about it. And if something has a lot of natural flavors, just don't use it. You can use plant milks without a problem. You can probably use plant butters, um, without a problem at all. And nut butters and so on. We have lots of things for you.
