What is your favorite source to achieve a good mint flavor in your baked items? I have had some that taste “fake” or more like toothpaste!

Answer:

So I have settled on this peppermint flavor from Simply Organic. And the trick is to get a good one and use the littlest bit. Sometimes I use fresh min when I have fresh min and infuse the plant milk with a really strong mint flavor. And I really like doing that. But if you're using, if you're using mint or you're using even almond extract, you wanna use just a little bit or the flavor gets very fake.
