Which of your cookie recipes do you use for making Linzer Cookies for the holidays?

Answer:

I like linzer cookies. I use, um, vanilla, what I call a vanilla cookie. Um, that's in my previous cookbook, more great good dairy-free desserts and it can be rolled out and cut. And then winter cookies are so pretty right where you have the bottom and then you can do a decorative holiday cut out for the first. So any nice vanilla type cookie will work for making lin or cookies.
