Could you please recommend a few publications as references?

Answer:

So in maximizing flavors, the book that's coming out there are probably several hundred, if not up to 500 references in the five chapters that are in there, um, about how to increase flavor. Um, also I recommended Samin Naras books, sugar, salt, fat, and Heat. Um, that's the number one place I go to. Uh, Olge is one of my favorites as well. Uh, in terms of how to think outside the box with flavor, it can be so much fun. So I would suggest that you start there and you check in when the book's released. You'll still have more references than you know what to do with.
