Just wondering if your research of nutritional science includes an emphasis on saturated fat as the major culprit of diet related coronary heart disease?

Answer:

It's what you replace the fat with is just as important. So when they did research mark and they looked at, alright, we want people to eat less saturated fats, which are the solid fats, um, they have to replace it with something. So some people replaced it with, uh, processed grains, and what they found was that the risk of heart disease went even higher. So you wanna make sure that you're eating healthful sources of fat, and when you're going down on your content of fat, you're looking at whole grain replacements and not, um, processed grain replacements. And so that's, um, that is a message I wanted to give you.
