How do you find something to do with a shipment of sage seasoned sausage that is over on the sage it over takes everything else?

Answer:
The sage can be way overwhelming and that that's very much
true Sage oregano and rosemary can all really
really come out of their shells
when in sausage in this case.

Like traditional American Thanksgiving stuffing is one
answer for you things that already have sort
of the expectation of sage in them. But if
there's too much Sage I don't know of
any real ways to cover that up other than dilution. So
I think you're right to try a spaghetti sauce. But maybe
cut back on the amount of sausage that you've used in the
meatballs that didn't work, etc. Try and
making a bowl in the A's where you have a lot lesser density
or less volume of sausage to tomatoes in
there. But you also have that acidity the onions carrots
whatever else is in there to help balance that all out.
