How can I make canned vegetables have more flavor?

Answer:

It really is gonna be about the spices, right? And the thing with canned vegetables that is really hard to get around, there's really no way to get around it. Um, unless you're talking like chickpeas, you can toast them in the oven and they can become crispier. But a lot of canned vegetables are really mushy. And so you might wanna make a, uh, puree out of them and add spices and a little bit of olive oil and make a soup out of it or something that's just more of a puree than it is, um, eating them directly, um, mushy like that.
