Answer:
Oh, absolutely. As long as that thing that you're adding onto it is not full of sugar, salt, fat. So yeah, garlicy, spicy, all the elements, again, the elements of flavor, we've got that. Um, ency, stringency, hotness, like chilies, all of that comes into play when we're talking about using flavor to improve our eating habits.
