Question:
Will a pizza stone work for your cooking method? My stone is about 30 years old and well seasoned!
— Anna Marie Trotman
Answer:
Yeah, I mean, you know, give it a try. The, um, uh, pizza stones are intended to, uh, mimic the old stone ovens, right? The, the, the bottom substrate, uh, or, or surface, uh, being, you know, stone of some sort. Um, I've used, uh, some, uh, pizza stones, uh, with success and others, um, uh, hold the heat for a shorter period of time and might get, uh, a couple of pizzas nicely brown before, uh, the crust starts to lighten up a bit in color. But, uh, give it a try and see how you like the results.
