What are three things you’ll be serving at your Game Day Party? Looking for “easy and delicious.”
Answer
So game day party stuff, you know, so, um, even though I don't usually do a lot for sports events, I still do host quite a lot as well. Um, you know, and so, um, for like, kind of one of my go-tos um, for, uh, events like that, like kind of game day parties is going to be a buffalo cauliflower, which is, um, very much like a buffalo, you know, chicken wing, but I do it with cauliflower instead. And, um, my go-to for that is typically I'll take, I usually do a gluten free version of it, so I'll take chickpea flour and mix in some onion granules and garlic granules, um, a little bit of salt and a nutritional yeast and kind of, you know, blend that all up in a bowl and then add a little almond milk to that to be able to make it into a really kind of thicker slurry. And then I put my cauliflower in there and coat it, and then I bake that mixture off, uh, at about 250 degrees. Actually, it's probably more around 350 degrees. Um, and I bake that off for about 20 minutes. Um, and then I'll have to take a spatula and kinda scrape it off the pan to be able to get it out, flip it out, and then I'll put it into your favorite hot sauce, um, in the Frank's red hot kind of style. Um, and then toss that, you know, after it's, uh, been baked once and then bake it off again to be able to make that buffalo cauliflower. And I serve that, you know, with your, uh, vegan wrench and some celery, and that's kind of one of my go-tos for, uh, party events, um, like that as well.
