Question:

When I make Mayonnaise at home, it always tastes too oily, I use sunflower oil. I tried many different recipes and tried switching different sunflower oils. ?

Answer:
So yeah, I mean whipping um, an oil into a mayonnaise is quite the process and it takes either a lot of arm strength or a very good mixer. So I think that probably what's happening on that is you need to be able to whip it in more. Um, I've known people to add other kinds of things to olive oil to make sure that it's not gonna be too oily or it's not gonna break as well. But part of that I think is just practice on that. So, um, you know, keep that arm straight going, what I, I call risotto arm from spinning it over and over and over again. Um, you know, I think that's probably, that probably might be part of it, but, um, you know, I, I like that you're switching different oils to be able to see what consistency is working for you as well too. It's always a pro move to be able to do that. Um, but keep trying different things. It sounds like you're on the right path. Uh, just keep trying for, uh, a couple different methods.
