Question:

Can you give some samples of bag lunch recipes to replace lunch meat sandwiches or no heating recipes? Thank you
— Mischa Desmond
Answer:
Whole bunch of things. So for your bread you could try some guacamole. This is a chunky, spicy one from Trader Joe's. Hold on, people, I'm gonna sneeze 'cause the pepper, oh what's it coming? Didn't happen. So, um, this or I got some zatar hummus and that is absolutely what I'm using. I love zatar hummus. And I am going to, you'll see I added a whole bunch here. So that's gonna be my base. Oh, I wish we had smell vision again. It is smelling so good in here. And with this I wanna add, what do I wanna add? I wanna add some strips of cucumber. I don't mind the seed. Some people don't like the seed, so I'm going to put that down here. And then I really like olives. My favorite orb is legume with some olives on just a cracker. You don't need a lot of them. Olives we have here. What else can I put on there? I think I'm gonna do some red pepper. Put some red pepper on there. So if I cut this in half like this, um, able to just pull out the seed, put that in my compost and slice some of these down here. You can build your own wrap or sandwich based on what vegetables you have, what spreads you have. It could be baba GaN No it could be, it could even be nut butter. And then you wrap it with a banana and maybe a couple of chocolate chips. So I'm just pushing this in there, creating this. Gonna wrap it in Saran wrap. And then as you can see, a beautiful, a beautiful lunch. Now these wraps that I have are made from quinoa because if you've been following me, you know I am gluten free so they don't wrap as well as your wheat ones. But as long as you have it in saran wrap, that would be great. It'll, it'll keep it shape, right?
