What ratio of apple cider vinegar, baking soda & powder do you use for each egg replacement?

Answer:

It depends on the particular cake. Um, that's really all I can say about that. Usually it's a teaspoon. Well, I can't say that. I mean, I think my chocolate cake, I think I don't have it in my head. Uh, is one teaspoon each. A baking powder and baking soda and a tablespoon of vinegar, but I might be wrong. So it's that by itself isn't the only egg replacer. That helps, that helps.
