Can you recommend any non-toxic pans to use?

Answer:
So on the top of the list of non-toxic, most people would go towards stainless steel or ceramic, um, you know, stainless steel's. Definitely a great pan to be able to, uh, you know, cook in. That's what we usually recommend for most of our courses as well. There's a huge variety of different, um, stainless steel pans out there, um, from all clad to maiden, a lot of different varieties of different pans that are out there. Um, uh, you know, um, but that's probably what I would do for those. For ceramic there's a lot of different, um, varieties too, but doing just a little bit of research on those will help you kind of steer in the right direction. I personally use mostly all clad pans and then I have a ceramic based non-stick, uh, hex clad pan. Um, but that's just my own personal opinion. If you talk to a different instructor, they'd probably give you a different recommendation on a different brand as well too.
