Question:

What can substitute for full fat coconut milk that would have the same creaminess and fat content? How about adding nut butter to soy milk to provide an equivalent amount of fat? Your thoughts?
— Diane Dankert
Answer:
Any of the nut butters or seed butters can be thinned out, you know, with soy milk or any other plant-based milk or even water. And, uh, you know, they can use, be used in a, in a number of different ways. And, um, so, you know, give that a try. You know, each of these things, whether it's a, a, um, tahini, um, or, um, you know, some sort of a, a nut butter, they all have their individual flavors, of course. So please give it a try and see, you know, how you like those results in relation to the application in which you're using it.
