Question:

Is just egg a 1 for 1 swap for chicken eggs in baking?

— Robin Rouse

Answer:

I just bought some so just egg used to comb in a plastic bottle and now it comes in a paper and boy the price really went high. Well because more people are buying just egg now. And um, I don't know the answer Robin 'cause I haven't used it yet, but I would go to their website and find out how it works in baking. I know in the before, um, they said not to use it in baking. It's among being derivative. I have made scrambled eggs for my grandchildren and they liked it. I mean I, I always prefer, honestly I prefer a tofu scramble, but the boys thought it was good. Um, so I would go to their website and found out, find out if that directive has changed where they said not to use it for baking.
