Do you have any tips for making cream puffs? I have not had any luck getting them to turn out like those I used to make with eggs.

Answer:

Linda, I know that, um, MKO, she had a recipe in ous for ACL's, so it would be the same thing as a cream puff. I've made some, I just haven't found one that I'm comfortable saying use that because I think it's great. So no, not yet, but I'm that I'm working on because I think that it is possible. But you know, if you've ever made a cream puff, you know that that is something that really does rely on on eggs a lot.
