What do you use in place of coconut oil in the chocolate ganache recipe? Would almond butter or peanut butter work?

Answer:
So regarding that specific recipe, I would use a room temperature, almond, or good quality, excuse me, peanut butter that is unsalted and is not chunky, you know, chunky peanut butter or whatever. Use that at room temperature and add a little bit more to give you that fat feel that you want to have to your ganache. And as I remember, that's exactly what I did when I made my assignment.
