I actually don't know what the what a technical definition of sausage would be but it is a force meat of some sort stuffed into some sort of casing typically animal. So in this case yes haggis being You know sheep's meat with oatmeal and Seasonings stuffed into a stomach casing. Yes, I guess that would be sausage. So Here, I mean it works, right? It just has its own name as it sort of a unique dish with its own unique cultural heritage and Sort of applications, you know when it's served.
