How does the dual certification process work — and how long does it take to complete?

Answer:
So we talked about that a little bit. There's three programs. There's the Culinary Fundamentals Cook, which is for, it's our pre-apprenticeship. It's for high school students. It's 90 hours of, uh, related instruction. The two major certifications through the ACF is the certified culinarian that is 2000 hours and 240 related instruction hours. And the sous chef program is 4,000 hours or about two years to finish with 420 hours of related instruction. Yeah. So that's the related instruction. Yeah. What Rouxbe provides. Yeah. Um, and what happens is when you complete the, the professional certification through the Department of Labor, meaning you've done all the competencies, you've completed all the hours, then we facilitate an A-C-F-A-C-F chef to come to the property and monitor and, um, put forth a practical Yeah. So it is a seamless, seamless process. So if you don't have a training program and, and how does this work? Uh, we, we kind of, our team provides you the information along the way.
