What is a good WFPB flour to use in a pie-sized WFPB chocolate peanut butter cup?

Answer:
I mean, there is no peanut butter cups to me is melted chocolate with a peanut butter filling and more melted chocolate in it. So I don't know about flour, but if you wanted to make it a pie, I would do. And nuts. Well nuts are clearly not a problem. If you're making a peanut butter cup, um, I would do dates and a nut and whiz it in your food processor until it sticks together and press it into your pie pan and put it in the freezer to firm up and then fill it with your filling. That should work really, really well.
