Are you familiar with making sourdough bread? If so what is the recommendation for gluten free bread?

Answer:

And that is another very good question. And I find myself oftentimes thinking that I'm going to make a delicious loaf of bread and I buy a specific flower and it's not quite there. So I always go to a website called Baker Rita, B-A-K-E-R-I-T-A. And the website is below. And, um, she has very good tips, very good practical tips. She tells you what flour to use. She tells you that if you need to use cilium husk or not, she talks about hydration, getting the proper hydration for your, for your bread. Pardon me. So I would highly suggest checking out her website and making it as a solid reference for you when you begin to make more sourdough bread. And I think you're going to meet success with the suggestions that she provides.
