Can you suggest a vegan friendly dessert that doesn’t contain refined sugar or wheat flour?

Answer:

My number one, and this happens to be an assignment in essential vegan desserts, is what we call a jelled fruit soup. And it is a, you take either a sugar free juice, fruit juice that you purchase or you can juice a fruit that you like and we cook it with a little bit of agar powder that gives it some body but not so heavy that it's like applesauce. You know, I like mine very lightly jelled. Some people like it thicker, that's personal. And then they're beautiful. You know, they're, they, this can be a really beautiful presentation. Then you fill out a portion of the soup that you're serving in a bowl or a small dish with appropriate garnishes. I like lots of fruit that has to do with the, that's complimentary to the fruit that you chose. If you feel that you can have a little bit of something sweet, you can add a drizzle of a cream, either a tofu cream, I like tofu ginger cream or a nut cream or a cashew cream. So that I would definitely suggest don't sleep on these fruit soups.
