How can I make a delicious plant based whipped cream without refined sugar?

Answer:

So Patricia and everyone else, I don't wanna be that person that is the naysayer, but you really, I don't know a way and I don't believe there is a way to make a delicious plant-based whipped cream without refine sugar. It's, you know, just, you can use a little bit of sweetener, you can try use using maple syrup if that is available to you, um, to sweeten your whipped cream. But honestly, I would either not use it at all or have a very small amount during the holidays. As a special, you can flip the idea of a whipped cream and make a different kind of a cream. You can make a cashew cream that's very lightly sweetened, or a cashew cream that is different from the kind of cashew cream that we teach in essential vegan desserts as a standard by grinding cashews that haven't been soaked with some rice syrup in a food processor. And that was the first cream that I made after a tofu cream.
