On the topic of whipped cream, it’s not homemade but Violife heavy whipping cream works great. Almost triples in volume and holes up a few days. ?

Answer:

I have used biolife whipping cream. It's found in two different sizes. I also use vial life butter, which is also the company that makes country crock sticks and the vial life whipped cream holds up. It tastes good. I had my neighbor chef Kathy Gold come up and do a tasting with me of Vial Life whipped cream and some other brands that I had purchased. And the vial life was the only one that I really liked. Um, you need to use it by the date on the box. It doesn't, it's not going to hurt you, but it starts tasting off. I will say that, but thanks Gina for that because it's really, really good. It really works. If you can find it and, you know, check online, you might be able to find it. It's, it's a terrific product.
