Question:
Ideas on how to turn my plant-based cooking passion into a business without having access to a commercial kitchen?
— Michelle Gosselin
Answer:
I'm not sure where you are. But I would ask you to Google starter kitchens or incubator kitchens. It's a recent Trend in the past couple. It's a really decade decade plus where kitchens are made available on a per event or sort of per diem basis for people just such as yourselves or fledgling processed food companies say it's a two women that want to make a line of salsa that they're just getting started off and don't have the ability to invest in a permanent space. Etc something and this a lot of these kitchens as well are helped have helped to fuel and also have been fueled themselves by the rise in food trucks that need a commissary kitchen space oftentimes these well, I think health code approved and so you have some umbrella coverage from that that you can Basically have is Assurance as you go out and sell products? Excuse me. Excuse me. So starter kitchen or incubator kitchen is something I would look into cheers.
