Answer:
It depends what seasonal vegetables are in season where you live right now. We're in the fall. So broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables and kale winter squashes and things like that are coming in to be I say use your instinct have fun cut them in a way that you'll know. They'll cook successfully whether you roast them or steam them or bake them or boil them and just have fun with those vegetables that you have purchased.
